Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

TCO agarose is a 6% crosslinked agarose resin, activated with TCO functional groups, used for the covalent immobilization of tetrazine-modified biomolecules via an extremely fast inverse electron demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) reaction. This product is ideally used for the preparation of high-capacity protein agarose media, with an almost quantitative capture of proteins.
