Description

DDOST (190-198) (heavy) is derived from dolichyl-diphosphooligosaccharide-protein glycosyltransferase (DDOST). Congenital disorders of glycosylation are associated with functionally inactive DDOST. The arginine residue at position 11 is isotopically labelled with carbon-13 (6) and nitrogen-15 (4).
