On receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation email. If any of the details are incorrect, please notify us immediately at help@discoverypeptides.com. In the unlikely event that an order cannot be shipped from stock, we will let you know immediately of the estimated lead time.
Delivery information
We deliver our products all over the world. The delivery charge depends on your destination country and your product type. Find your delivery zone below and see the delivery charges applicable to you.
All of our products are in stock unless otherwise stated and your order will normally be sent from our manufacturing facility and parent company Cambridge Research Biochemicals (Billingham, United Kingdom) within 1-2 business days from receiving your order.

All normal orders are shipped by FedEx Courier, incoterms CPT.
You will receive an email containing despatch information once your package is on its way.
Please note that local customs and VAT will be charged when shipping outside the EU. Additional duties and taxes may be charged.

Payment
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Payment details will be detailed on the invoice, which will be sent to the billing address provided at the time of ordering, and can be different to the delivery address.
