A reduction of NDUF-11 protein in mitochondria after RNAi is detectable using the anti-nduf11a antibody. A total of 50 µg of isolated mitochondria is loaded per lane. Treatment with RNAi significant reduces detectable nduf11.
Data shown as mean ± s.e.m. of n = 5.

Control: C. elegans mitochondria anti-nduf11a antibody detects Nduf11a.

nduf-11: C. elegans mitochondria anti-nduf11a antibody detects a significant reduction in Nduf11a after RNAi treatment.

ATP5 is used as a loading control.
Primary: Anti-Nduf11a antibody (1: 500; 5% milk in TBS-T).

Secondary: Anti-rabbit conjugated to HRP.
